Respond to reviews
Upsell and increase revenue
Customize tone and style
GuestReply uses artificial intelligence. AI may occasionally make mistakes. Please see Section 5 for important details.
To use GuestReply, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Create an account with accurate information
Keep your login details secure
Use the service only for lawful purposes and according to platform policies (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
If your account was previously suspended or banned, you may not use the service.

You may choose monthly or yearly billing (yearly includes a 20% discount).
Your payment method will renew automatically.
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Failed or disputed payments may result in account suspension.
You can cancel anytime through your account settings or by contacting support.
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
We do not issue refunds for unused subscription time, downgrades, or late cancellations.
Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
GuestReply uses AI and machine learning. While powerful, AI is not perfect and may:
Misinterpret guest questions
Provide incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information
Translate incorrectly
Produce content that does not match your internal policies
Send responses that violate OTA platform rules
Your Responsibilities
By using GuestReply, you agree to:
Review and monitor AI-generated responses
Confirm accuracy of important details
Ensure all messages follow Airbnb, Booking.com, and PMS platform rules
Maintain compliance with applicable laws and data regulations
Understand that GuestReply is an assistive tool—not a replacement for human oversight
Our Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestReply is not liable for:
Lost bookings or revenue
Guest complaints or negative reviews
Account penalties or suspensions from third-party platforms
Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Service interruptions or integration outages
You agree not to use GuestReply for:
Spam, harassment, or misleading communications
Illegal or fraudulent activity
Unauthorized system access or reverse engineering
Sharing your account with others
Uploading unlawful or infringing content
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
GuestReply owns all software, designs, features, and platform content.
You own your property, guest, and business data.
By using the service, you grant us permission to process your data solely to operate the service.
You may use AI-generated responses freely in your business operations.

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You agree that:
You have the legal right to provide guest information to us
You comply with data protection laws (including GDPR when applicable)
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee perfect security
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.
We may also update these Terms. If updates are significant, we will notify you.
Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for:
Violations of these Terms
Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
Non-payment
Actions that harm the platform or other users
Upon termination:
Your access ends immediately
We may delete your data after 30 days
Certain sections (like liability limits and disputes) remain in effect
These Terms follow Delaware law.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware (AAA rules).
You waive participation in class-action lawsuits.
Either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property issues.
